What are the deliverables?
You set the expectations and deliverables and work directly with your Assistant to set them up to help you succeed.
Can I meet my Assistant in advance?
We get it, knowing who you’ll work with is important. The final stage of our match process is to give you an opportunity to connect and make sure it’s a good fit. If not, we’ll go back to the talent pool.
What happens to unused hours?
It’s important to stay flexible which is why unused hours can be rolled into the following month. We want you to get the most of your plan and encourage you to work with your Assistant to maximise the time.
Can I cancel my plan?
Things change, and we won't penalise you for it. Unused hours will be refunded if you decide to part ways. Don’t forget you can always change the plan to meet the needs of your situation too.
What if it doesn't work out?
We do everything we can to find your perfect match, but if you’re not satisfied we’ll refund you (less any hours used).
